This weekend event is designed to help you unlock your true potential and emerge transformed. 

I've put together an event for you called Operation Fully Loaded. A 3-day immersion of physical, mental and emotional challenge and conditioning like nothing you've ever experienced. 

You'll work with some of highest-performing individuals on the planet all with the singular goal that all of us strive for.....

The Battle Plan Schedule
Breakfast – 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.   

Team briefing at 8:00 a.m. and then a ruck to the USS Midway.   

Arrival at the USS Midway at 9:00 a.m.  

Here you will meet your instructors for the event and will be given your Warning Order.  

Gear check.  

You will be taken through a brief physical training evolution and be broken up into crews (teams)

Tour of the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier – 9 a.m.   

Classroom Evolutions (short-list) with Special Guests – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.   

We have rented out the 30 seat Ranger Room on the USS Midway. You will be taken to places on the Ship that no one else gets to go too. But don’t worry you won’t be sitting the entire day. There is no fun in that!  

Topic 1: Breaking BUD/S: The training and tactics used to help Men pass the hardest Selection in the world and how you can use these tactics in everyday life. - Matthew Espindola, Retired Navy SEAL.  

Topic 2: The 5 Step Formula for Developing An Unbeatable Year. - Cole Rodgers, Founder of the SoM.  

Topic 3: Leading amidst chaos: Gain the knowledge on what it takes to be a tier-one leader when everyone else hits the panic button and coming running to you for help. - Matthew Espindola.  


Team debrief and dinner – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Team Breakfast – 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.  

Muster at 7:30 a.m. for brief instruction  

Self-defense course starts at 8:30 a.m.  

BUD/S Team Based Evolutions with Retired Navy SEAL Matthew Espindola - 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  

Team Lunch - 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.  

Tactical Combat Casualty Care Course with Retired Force Recon/Navy Corpsman Doc Sutton – 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Team dinner -  5:30 p.m. 

Urban survival course - 7:00 p.m.

Expect to apply all the principles learned from Day 1 on Day 2.  

You will be taken through a series of physical and mental training evolutions to test your internal grit and emotional resolve.  

We will be on and off the beach during this day.
Breakfast – 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.  

Muster at 8 a.m. for brief instruction  

Leave for Chula Vista – 8:30 a.m.  

Link up with Nix White and Frog-X for accelerated free-fall – 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.  
 

Firearms course – 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.  

Team debrief, dinner, and graduation – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at SEAPORT Village.

Cole Rodgers
Lead Follower and Founder

Cole is the master, mentor coach who founded the School of Man. As a Lifestyle Entrepreneur and successful businessman, Cole knows what it takes to develop a seven-figure dollar business from scratch, drive sales, run teams and be a movement maker. He also an accomplished Endurance Athlete, graduating from schools/events such as SEALFIT Kokoro (50+ hour event modeled after Navy SEAL Hell Week), SEALFIT 20x (14 hour intensive), 90 mile triathlon, Spartan Races, and much more. He specializes in mental toughness and understanding what it takes to turn a dream into reality
Nix White
Retired Navy Seal and Founder of Frog-X

Nix White is a retired Navy SEAL who served for 13 years in the Teams. He graduated in Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training class 200 and reported to SEAL Team Five for his operational assignment. Petty Officer White completed three deployments to Southeast Asia as a SEAL Platoon communicator as a SEAL Platoon communicator and Air Operations Specialist.
Doc Sutton 
Retired Marine

Former US. Navy [SARC] Battalion Recon (16 years Service): Reconaissance SARC, SEAL Team SARC, Marine Parachutist, Combatant Diver, Jungle Warfare Expert and current Deputy Sheriff.
Matthew Espindola
Retired Navy Seal

Bio: Matthew “Espy” Espindola is a retired Navy SEAL who served for 20 years in the Teams. As a combat veteran and a former BUD/S instructor, Espy is going to distill his years of training to help you understand what it takes to lead under pressure, develop courage under fire, and get the most out of yourself and your team. After coaching many men through BUD/S he will also provide valuable training around mental toughness, goal setting, and mindset development.
